WELCOME TO 2010 TROOPS!
I want to thank you again for your continued support and belief in the training that I issue. You have made it possible for me to start something that I have such a passion for and am very excited in which is
“Evolve Personal Training and Outdoor Fitness”.
THE NEW LOOK EVOLVE TIMETABLE IS HERE AND COMMENCES MONDAY 1st FEB 2010!
We are set up and will train out of Edge 1st Fitness @Erina which is an amazing venue and has all the tools and equipment to issue real, functional, varied exercise. The best thing is I am the only Evolve instructor, so expect the best workouts every session.
Location 31 Marinus Pl, Erina (Near ESS and Elite smash repairs)
Due to the venue in that we will be training out of @ edge 1st there is a $9.90 monthly payment, this covers insurance in the gym and it allows you to use all amenities after or during your smashing session (shower, toilet, etc).
There will be the option to pay as you train of $10 per session, or if you’re looking to get out of the ordinary gym and make this timetable your own you can train with the EVOLVE team for as many sessions in the week that your body will let you it will be $28. THIS INCLUCES ALL CLASSES!
