My Mission:

To provide a superior training service to the central coast at the most affordable price. I will create an oppurtunity for everyone to enjoy the benefits of real training.

My training philosophy

I utilize functional movements to train the entire body. Fundamental exercises can be most effective, squats, chin-ups, push-ups and simple Olympic lifts. Using training tools such as kettlebells, sandbags, ropes and sleds to name a few, create an opportunity for vast cardiovascular, endurance, strength and power gains.

Training Intensity, randomness and specificity are also vital aspects of a general training program. Enjoy a wide variety of exercise, implement appropriate nutrition and create an active lifestyle to create a greater living experience.
If you are serious about making a change and taking control of your  approach to your health, fitness and life endeavors.
